We do not recommend any children use bzyoo bottle or tumbler contain hot liquid. Keep out of children’s reach when the product contains hot liquid.
Remove all inserts and packaging from your product before use.
Wash the product thoroughly prior to use.
Do not use bzyoo bottle or tumbler in the microwave or freezer. This could cause damage to your appliances and our products.
Make sure the lid of the bottle or tumbler is screw on tightly and securely or pressed down properly before drinking your beverage to avoid any unnecessary spills.
If you are drinking carbonated beverages or if you are drinking hot beverages, please use with caution when opening. Pressure will build when there is no room to escape.
If you are using the product with hot beverages, please do not overfill and use with caution. Hot beverages can burn user.
Use EXTREME caution when filling the bottle with boiling liquid, allow the liquid to steep for at least 3 minutes before attaching the lid.
Check periodically to make sure any gasket (flexible band around lid and/or stopper) is present and properly positioned to prevent contents from passing through the lid when the lid is closed (if applicable to the product). Missing, worn or misaligned gasket may cause the product to leak. Leakage of hot contents may burn or scald the user. Dispose the product if the gasket or lid is damaged or missing.
Do not use tools or devices to force the bottle to open.

Wash the product thoroughly before use.
Our product should be hand washed after every use.
Clean the lid and bottle with detergent and rinse with water after use. Let the lid and bottle dry separately.
Do not use cleaning agents containing bleach, chlorine abrasive and/or other harsh chemicals.
To avoid damage to the printed design, do not soak product in hot water. Instead please wash it under running tap cold water.
Lids, straws, and accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe. For a deeper cleaning, add one teaspoon of baking soda to the bottle, then fill it with cool water. Let sit overnight, then rinse thoroughly before following the drying instructions below.
Drying instructions: It is recommended to dry the bottle with a paper towel or a clean dishtowel dry thoroughly before using. If you prefer air drying, place the product upside down on a drying rack or mat with the lid off. Make sure to dry all parts of your bottle/tumbler, lid and reusable straws separately.

To prevent chipping and scratching, do not overload your dishwasher rack.
Clean the dinnerware with detergent and rinse with water after use.
Do not use cleaner containing bleach, chlorine abrasive and/or other harsh chemicals.
Do not use steel wool or metal scouring pads when removing stains.
Do pre-soak your dinnerware if you have stuck-on food or a particularly stubborn stain.
